Shipping Policy Eastern Grey Limited Co 

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

To reduce waste and lower shipping fees we use recycled boxes.

Shipping cost is based on weight of item being shipped and destination. Please note that we sell a wide variety or products, most of which are large and/or heavy. We have strived to offer the lowest fee on shipping possible with these factors.

We ship all orders using either UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. 

We offer two (2) shipping options-

Standard: 5-10 Business Days

(UPS Ground, USPS First Class, FedEx Ground)

Express: 2-3 Business Days

(UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Priority)

Orders over $100.00 (before any discounts, and taxes) ship free economy 5-8 day anywhere in the continental United States.

Orders over $199.00 (before any discounts and taxes) ship free to Alaska and Hawaii.

 


 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@easterngreyltd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box for shipping address you may be limited to a slower shipping method. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs for the item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@easterngreyltd.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
