Abstract Flower N0.1

Part of our large format wall art collection, we present Abstract Flower Number 1.

A solid block of Spanish cedar is carved into the the flowing, radiating lines evoking the image of a flower spreading its petals to the sun. Finished with seven coats of alternating sheen lacquers helps capture the light differently at every viewing angle.

This piece is mounting gallery box style in a solid maple frame with a Wenge wood strip spanning the shadow groove. The back is fitted with an acid free art paper cover, and a stainless wire hanger.

As with all of our large format and commissioned pieces, the back has an engraved block with the number of the piece and the artist signature. In addition, a placard card with the same information.

This piece is very heavy, weighing in at over 13lbs. Please take this into consideration for hanging or displaying purposes.
