Squirrels in Love End Grain Cutting Block

A cutting board made to handle serious chores. This block is made of end grain black walnut, laminated together on a stagger to create the ultimate cutting surface. End grain boards not only self heal to a degree but also help maintain a sharp edge on your valuable knives. 

An adorable scene of two squirrels sharing an acorn while perched on a tree branch is inlayed in the surface. The inlay is solid hard maple. To help reduce weight and make moving around the kitchen easier, a hand well is routed into the bottom of the sides.

Four non marring rubber feet keep everything firmly placed on your countertop.

Steep in mineral oil then buffed to a velvety sheen with beeswax, this piece is sure to be conversation starter.

To maintain the wonderful coloring and protect your board, our Squirrel Armour wood care is highly recommended.
